Q. What if I forgot my user I.D. and/or password?

A. Simply click on the Log In page, enter your email address and you will be sent your Baryaat.com account I.D. and password.

Q. How do I change my email address or password?

A. You can change your email address and/or password on your profile page.

1) Click on My Profile.

2) Delete the email address and/or password and enter the new information.

3) Click the Next button to continue through the rest of your profile and change any other information.

4) Once complete, click on Submit and your new account I.D. and password will be sent to the new email address.

Q. How do I block members from emails and instant messaging?

A. When you are logged in as a member. Simply search for the member you want to block. Once you are viewing their profile please click the block member link in the lower left corner.

Q. How do I delete my profile?

A. Please contact one of our administrators at CustomerCare@Baryaat.com and one of our staff members will promptly delete your profile. Please note, this does not end your subscription obligation. Refer to the Terms and Conditions of Service

Q. How do I send an e-mail to members?

A. You can send e-mail to users by clicking the button Send a message or Send a card on that person's profile or listing. Simply type in your message or select a card you wish to send and click the Send button.

Q. How do I receive e-mail from other members?

A. You don’t need to do anything to receive an e-mail sent to your account. If someone responds to your profile, we forward the message to your real email account. When you reply to the message, we automatically forward it to the person who responded to you. In this way, neither person finds out the other person's email address without permission. You can also view the status of the messages on your Inbox and Outbox folders. Messages in your Inbox folder can be New, Read or Replied, and in your Outbox they are either Sent or Read (meaning the recipient has read them).

Q. Are members on this site screened?

A. Yes. We require all members to be over the age of 18 with a valid email address to join our service. All our services are confidential and your privacy is as much of a concern for us as it is for our members. All members receive a formal background check. We expect you to understand that we cannot take responsibility for any damage caused to you by use of this site.

Please use common sense and be careful about giving out personal information to people you meet.

If a harassing situation arises, please contact our administration immediately so we can take further steps in tracing and banning this member from our site.

Q. Can I use your site without being a member?

A. No. When you register to become a member, you can post a profile and photos, search and view other members’ profiles and Personality Assessments, receive and reply to email and instant messages, read dating advice, send kisses, chat and more. In an effort to protect our members and the credibility of our website, you must become a member to enjoy these services. If you are serious about finding a relationship, and would like to join now, please go to the Registration Page to join and start connecting with our users today.

Q. What is the Refund Policy?

A. Our site does not offer refunds. Once you purchase a subscription, it will remain active for the remainder of your subscription plan. We do not prorate subscriptions. If you find your perfect match after your first month, your membership will stay active for the rest of the subscription plan. If you pay by credit card, you are charged immediately for the subscription plan you selected. When the subscription plan ends, we automatically renew your membership each month at the low monthly rate, unless you choose a different subscription plan or end your subscription before it runs out.

Q. What are my payment options?

A. You can subscribe online with a credit card or PayPal.

Q. How do I submit photos for my profile?

A. Once you are logged in, you may upload your photo directly by clicking on Upload Photos on the site. There you may upload, remove and change your photos. You may use .jpg, .gif and .png files for your pictures.

There are no limits on size or proportions, because our system will automatically resample your pictures. Each time you upload or change your photos, your account is set into “Approval” mode and will be reviewed by our administration team for activation.
